Psychological Therapy that meets you where you are, to get you where you're meant to go.

Life can feel overwhelming at times, especially when you’re carrying worries, doubts, or pain on your own. Struggling doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means you’re human.
I offer a safe, calm, and non-judgemental space where you can speak openly and feel heard. With compassion and care, I provide the time and support to help you explore what you’re experiencing at your own pace.
Whether you’re navigating work or personal stress, anxiety about the future, regrets from the past, or something you can’t quite put into words, we can work through it together at your pace.
My aim is to support you in gaining clarity, finding ways forward, and moving toward a more balanced and fulfilling life. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward wellbeing.
He kai kei aku ringa
(providing food by my own hands)
This whakatauki represents resilience, empowerment, and hope. It highlights the importance of remembering how to use one's skills and abilities to achieve success, and emphasizes the responsibility we all have to nurture our own means and abilities for personal growth and development.
My role is to help you identify your own skills and resources that you might have forgotten about, or become too burdened to use.

A little about me.....
I am a Wellington-based Clinical Psychologist offering thoughtful, evidence-based therapy for adults, adolescents, and children who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment difficulties, or significant life transitions.
I bring a calm, compassionate, and collaborative approach to therapy, working alongside you to help you better understand yourself and support meaningful, sustainable change.
My clinical experience spans adult mental health, intellectual disability, and rehabilitation settings, and I regularly work with people facing complex emotional and psychological challenges. Therapy is always tailored to your individual needs, strengths, and goals.
Before training as a psychologist, I worked in senior roles across government and emergency services. This background has given me a strong understanding of stress, trauma, resilience, and the impact that high-pressure environments can have on mental wellbeing.
I am committed to culturally responsive practice and to creating a safe, respectful space where you can feel heard, supported, and empowered. I value genuine connection and will work alongside you at your own pace, with care, curiosity, and respect.
If you’re considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in this process.

Clinical PsychologistServices
I work one-on-one with you to help you address your unique needs. Some of the areas I work in are below:

Gaining a sense of well-being
Looking to address the problematic thoughts, feelings or behaviour that are impacting your life and robbing you of a great life. This work is about empowering you to find solutions so that you can lead a happier, more fulfilling life.

Children and Adolescents
I provide warm, practical, and evidence-based support for children who are struggling with behaviour, anxiety, or difficulties attending school. I take time to understand your child as an individual, their strengths, worries, and what’s happening for them at home and at school, so support is tailored, not one-size-fits-all.
I work closely with parents and, where helpful, schools, to develop clear, achievable strategies that reduce stress and build confidence. The focus is on helping your child feel safe, understood, and capable, while giving you tools and guidance you can trust.

From Stuck to Unstuck
I work with you to help you to understanding the unique blocks that are keeping you from reaching your potential and jeopardising the meaningful things that you want more of in your life. This work is about gaining strategies to move the blocks and master the steps to get you where you want to go.
